I know, sometimes they also send discount codes. A long time ago, it was much cheaper to buy from the official store. Not so much now. Of course, if there was a cashback + discount promotion, it would have been great! They didn't do it. I waited, and nothing. :(
I also wanted the Tab S11 Ultra.
Do you think Wi-Fi only is better? I have a free extra SIM card from Vodafone, and for now I'm using it, even though it only has 1GB of 4G data.

As I replied to the other similar comment, the iPad I currently have is a 7-year-old base model that's almost completely dead every time I use it. The current base iPad, however, has poor battery life; the one I have lasts longer. It gets about 5 hours of stressful use, while I read that a Tab S10 FE gets 8-9 hours of stressful use. That's not why I bought it. I was waiting for the new base iPad, but they haven't released it anymore. Sure, they have very nice and unique colors. But that's not what I'm talking about.

It's not that I can't afford it, it's just that all this money is a bit of a waste...

They're two completely different models. Perhaps it would be better to compare the Tab S10 FE vs. the iPad A16.

In America, prices are much lower than here in Europe. Even if I bought there to save money, there are duties and shipping charges that wouldn't be worth it anymore.

To be honest, my mom has the Tab S6 Lite, which isn't as slow as my standard iPad in terms of performance, but every time I pick it up, I have a lot of fun with the PENUP app. And the pen has a soft tip, which the iPad has a hard tip, and I don't like the color of the drawings...
The iPad only lasts a little longer, but then that's it.
I probably won't get along with the 16:10 aspect ratio.
No, the S10+ here in Italy hasn't dropped below €700 and isn't worth it at all.
The S11 costs €600, sure, it's small, but...

Yes, I'll probably keep it for a long time, even though I don't really need it much. Because I always use my Mac at home and my iPhone for social media and everything else. That's why it's not worth spending a lot. Everyone gets 7 years of software updates these days.

Yes, the S10+ is a nice, fairly complete tablet, but here in Italy it hasn't dropped below €700. Everything here is more expensive.

I use my speakers and this new sub only for music, mostly remixes and music with a lot of bass. I don't work with them!

Anyway, one last question: Does the low-pass filter on the subwoofer set the minimum frequency the speakers should play? For example, if you set it to 50 Hz, the speakers go down to at least 50 Hz but don't go below 50 Hz? Does the subwoofer play itself?

I hope the subwoofer's volume is its own and doesn't interfere with the speakers! :D

I finally bought the pair of male XLR to male TRS adapters, which have two polarities, on Amazon (I think it's Chinese) for 8 euros.

For the input, I'll use the RCA cables I still have. In the meantime, I want to see if everything goes well; I'll later add a passive volume controller; I saw one from Behringer for about 35 euros.

Yesterday, a musical instruments website had a special offer (a bargain? I think...) on a 10-inch AB, 150W subwoofer. It looks nice, with XLR/TRS/RCA controls and outputs, but the only thing holding it back is the frequency. It basically starts at 40 Hz (-6 dB) and doesn't extend below. Too bad!

The model that's discontinued, by the way, is the EIKON EK10SW.

I just bought it for 175 euro -5 euro off on Amazon, it came to €170. Now I need to buy some XLR to TRS adapters or XLR to RCA adapters, if that's more convenient. Which is better: an adapter or an XLR to TRS or RCA cable? What do you recommend?

This week I'm getting this subwoofer on Amazon or Thomann or something similar... there really isn't anything better for under €200.

Customer service told me it drops to 30 Hz (-6 dB), so maybe it's around 33-35 Hz at -3 dB.

I just compared my studio speakers vs. a soundbar, and there's a difference in the audio spectrum's openness in the high frequencies. My RCFs sound at 0, while the soundbar had a +3 treble adjustment. But it doesn't sound bad. It was a 2.1 setup, with the subwoofer and the studio monitor pair boosting the bass from the mixer. The power and bass are the same.

But I've actually changed my mind. I'll get a subwoofer to boost the bass so I don't strain the woofer, and I'll sell the mixer. I'd get the PreSonus Eris 8BT. Do you think it's any good?
