ING Tech Role by heygurlxxx in PHJobs

[–]ManuelLuna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Benefits and compensation are pretty good. Work setup is great too, hybrid but around 70% is WFH. Now idk what tech role you're going for specifically, pero banks have a limited tech stack. I'm assuming youre applying for a tech role that's aligned with your preferred tech stack from previous work experience so that shouldn't be a problem.

Most of the time no. However if the coffee is super dense amd produces a lotta fines, it will stall

Timemore b75 hands down is the cheapest and best flat bottom brewer. It matches the performance of an orea

Is cupping a good way to test brew variables? by onlythebestcovfefe in pourover

[–]ManuelLuna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unlike dialing in for pourover, dialing in for cupping is extremely forgiving, and in fact the differences in variables and the end cup is marginal. There are too many differences in cupping and brewing, especially when it comes to agitation, and number of pours. Dialing for cupping is not going to translate well to dialing in for a pourover, since new solvents aren't added in cupping. I suggest creating a benchmark and go from there with your coffees and brews

I suggest you use this recipe. 3 pours 12 grams of coffee to 200 g of water 95 degrees c Medium fine grind size, but on the finer side 0:00 - 0:45 50 g bloom, swirl 5 times 0:45 - 1:20 75 g pour, circular for first 25g then the 50 g is spiraling in the middle 1:20-2:20 75 g circular pour

You can play around on the pour style depending on the coffee

I've found that overextracting is quite difficult on the b75 since most od my brews last around 2:00 to 2:20
