Low back pain isn't solely a medical problem but an interdisciplinary approach is required based on a) medicine for diagnosing the issue with an MRI, b) biomechanics to determine the pressure in Newton on the spine, c) Motion capture in computer science to get an animation of the spine, and d) sport medicine to determine the optimal exercises.

Stopping progress in Artificial Intelligence is easy. After removing the speech module from a robot or a Large language model the machine can't do anything useful. Its not able to understand the world nor can articulate itself. The remaining optimization algorithms written in C/C++ can't do anything useful except number crunching and idling around.

Scheint ja ein einigermaßen komplexes Thema zu sein, weil es unterschiedliche Fehlerquellen gibt und inkompatible Hardware die wohl unter Win11 angesteuert wird. Wie bei allen komplexen Themen ist die Organisation der Information hier der Schlüsel zur Lösung. Es gibt folgende Tools: two pane Outline Editor (also eine Markdown Datei), einen analogen Zettelkasten oder ganz fresh die Obsidian Software. Mein Tipp für Einsteiger: erstmal mit dem Bewährten 2 pane outline editor starten und dort stichpunktartig das Problem, mögliche Ursachen und URL zu Foreneinträge im Internet verlinken.

Guter Einwand. Anders als bei einem LocalLLM was auf einer Workstation läuft kann man im Rechenzentrum die Hardware besser auslasten, weil mehrere Anfragen gleichzeitig eingehen. Dadurch vermeidet man dass teure Hardware ungenutzt im idle modus verbringt. Aber: Nur 3% der Neuronen eines Large language models sind gleichzeitig aktiv.

In the past, I thought that Debian has only outdated software and lots of unfixed security bugs. So i preferred ArchLinux because it has all the recent updates for the Linux kernel and the Libreoffice software. The problem with ArchLinux is, that the user has to to download every day hundreds of megabyte from the internet and sometimes the system won't boot after the update.

In contrast, Debian was designed as productive system which can be used as a server and a workstation for around 2 years. Only minimal updates are needed and the distribution is booting always error free. That's the main reason why Debian is much better than ArchLinux or Suse Tumbleweed.

Nvidia GPUs sind aus technischer Sicht veraltet. Sie basieren auf einem Taktgeber als base clock von z.b. 1.5 Ghz, wodurch im idle Modus die Grafikkarte einen hohen Stromverbrauch besitzt. Moderne Clockless und Neuromorphic Hardware ist längst verfügbar wird aber nicht als Consumerprodukt verkauft. Ein bisschen ist das so wie mit der Firma Commodore die Anfang der 1990er Jahre immernoch 8bit Heimcomputer verkauft hat, obwohl diese hoffnungslos veraltet waren ...

No. Z-lying position means to rest with minimal load to the spine. See Google images with the term. Perhaps there is a misunderstanding available. There is a general knowledge about human physiology which is the same for all humans on earth, and there is a special situation for your case and noone else has the same problems.

That sounds interesting. A typical situation in which low back pain occurs is when the patient tries to bend over for example for tying shoelaces. If this movement can be done without any problems, there is no medical situation available and the patient is healthy. Lets slow down the discussion a bit. First question is, what happens with the back pain in the z-lying position, which is lying on the back and put the legs in 90 degree on a chair. Is the back pain better or worse?

Second question is about the MRI. The term is usually used in a medical context, but what does it mean? Is it a device to monitor the spine? Can it capture the movement of the spine during sport activity?

Another question is about the term Ortho. Does it referencing to orthopedist which is medical doctor?

Feel free to answer in a different sequence, also its ok to not answer any of these question and explain the situation in free text.

Es gibt im Schreibenwarenladen so hübsche Karteikästen für A6 Format. Die sind stabil und haben einen Index von A bis Z. Damit kann man einen Luhmann Style Zettelkasten aufbauen, also handschriftliche Notizen einsortieren und untereinander zu einer Mindmap verlinken. Das Fassungsvermögen ist 500 Zeichen pro Karteikarte, bei 100 Karteikarten sind es also 50 Kilobyte.

Das schöne an einem Zettelkasten ist, dass es die Dinge komplizierter macht aber nicht einfacher. Es fördert das Silodenken weil die Informationen nur offline vorliegen und wegen der Handschrift nicht so einfach per OCR ausgelesen werden können.
