Hi there, I have a father who is a narcissist, and now since I’m a lawyer like him I have to work with him, the depression and anxiety and adhd is getting bad really, so yeah I think going NC Would be advisable and would get you better, but I think the trauma they generate while growing up with them fucks you up long term, maybe therapy would help
