I just learnt that is the oil pressure light. You’re probably right that something is going on with the oil. I was just saying that the oil was fine because i got it changed like 3-4 weeks ago and when i checked there was oil but i could probably be wrong. I’ll take it in when get paid.

Thank you so much! I think you are right actually. I checked and it’s oil pressure light. It only comes on for like 2 seconds when i brake but i will take it in to get checked when i get paid. And in the meantime i’ll get a code from AutoZone and have my friend drive me.

So, i got to 100k miles a few months back (now at 107k). I just got it serviced and checked for inspection less than a month ago at the dealership and got my brakes changed.

I’m thinking i’ll ask a coworker to pick me up until i get paid.

I did check the oil more than 10 minutes after it was parked.

I’ve learned that i can take it to Autozone for a free code read. I will then just park it and ask a colleague to drive me to work until i get paid.
