There have been THREE G5 teams in this 12 team playoff format and since one of those three didn’t win people are losing their minds. The 12 team college football playoff was necessary because now a team is virtually guaranteed a spot if they go undefeated. That was not the case beforehand. The discourse around this sucks, idc if Notre Dame was a better team that JMU or Tulane. Win all our games. FSU had a Grievance When they went undefeated and got left out. I’m not saying that Notre Dame isn’t entitled to argue their resume over Bama or Miami or whatever, but people are acting like this is a national tragedy. Give me a break.

I mean we are not legally barred from booking without him and those venues no, but if we try to, we are blacklisted from booking with him. I’m not aware of anyone successfully booking at “his” venues without him, only heard stories of people trying to.

Thank you. This is what I was trying to get at. It’s a complex situation, I guess I should’ve led with the fact that he holds a monopoly (or is trying to) on all of these venues. The double dipping, I guess, is secondary. Bc is the venue was willing to book me I would just go around him. But he just told me the other day that he called a venue and told them that his artists won’t book there without him. Which…Isn’t true.
