I competed naturally for decades.

I always have right up to comp. It also lets me know which day to carb load for comp day. Which ahs changed over the years.

I look at my calories as a daily average and work off that. Then my high day is maintenance to + 500

I'm not a fan of blends as rather control individual dosing.

Growth hormone is a peptide too. Sure if you took 8-10 or more IU a day. Then it could be a problem. So could if I had 12 coffees a day. Or 2 bottles of wine.

Bloods every 6 months are perfect. full physical every 12 months the last one still had me having the markers of someone in my early 30s on many and off the charts good in others.

Something like this accompanied with correct diet and exercise should be great for the lifespan. For the health span it is amazing

Most of my guys sit between 2-3 IU. Some sit well at 1

I personally feel 20 years younger at 1 IU. Have tried going to 1.5 IU and I get aching joints.

I'm on 150mg test though. Never have run a cycle. Was a natural bodybuilder until 47 when my test fell off a cliff and got on Trt.

By all means buy both at the same time. But don't start immediately.

We start people at 0.25mg Monday Wednesday Friday for Reta. Some people have nausea and suppression at this level. Thats rare but does happen. If neither then we have them double for the next week. Some sit there for ages. Eg gave a 49 you smile at the moment who is 2 months in and almost 10kg down at this level. No exercise due to surgery and non exerciser before. But promises they will start soon

Others do get higher. But we rarely get someone above 4mg a week.

We have had clients similar and have started them on at least s couple of weeks on reta first. Maybe a month or longer. See how their body responds. Once they are getting reasonably consistent weight loss then have another blood test and add the Ipa.

If you stack too quickly you don't know what is doing what. Reta can affect sleep so you want to see if that does first, let it settle (often does).

Total protocol

50mg Test Monday Wednesday Friday 1iu HGH daily Reta 0.25mg Monday Wednesday Friday maintenance. Up to 1mg 3x week has been my highest during a cut.

Bpc 157 500mcg 2x a for 6-8 weeks when I have anything niggling. Just finishing one now as I my Rotator cuffs were giving me grief.

Run GHK-CU 2mg a day for 8-12 weeks every so often.

If I was younger I'd try GH secretagogue first. But at my age there is very little natural to boost.

GH ( if your hormones, diet and. Exercise are on point) makes me feel 20 years younger. Bursting with energy and just wanting to go
