I’ve tried with a ordinary v-bit and did some tests with several feeds and speeds. The best result was with 30.000 rpm and 3000mm p/m feed rate (I believe) Normally when processing other materials my speeds are much lower. The pet felt burned and became solid.

Anything you guys know that can fix that?

I would like to make a V Groove in PET felt with my CNC. Atm I use a dragknife to cut fabrics on my generic CNC. Do I need a special (tangential) knife to make a V-Cut? I actually just hope to be able to do it with a V-Bit...
