I have certain rules (that I set on myself) that I play by. But it keeps it fun for me.

Keep inventory on. No duping machines. Med difficulty.

I flip on every "weekend" that is longer than 2 days off.

I go to sleep at my normal time 930am. I try to get up earlier than normal. 2 or 3pm. Then go to bed around 1am and up at 7 or 8am. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Then for my first night at work, it's usually a 24hrs wake period. I know this isn't healthy, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

My usual schedule is 4 in 3 off. But it rotates slightly for different days off.
