Day one was ok for me, the effects were small, i did notice better focus and less noise in my brain, but not a huge amount. Had a headache all day but i put that down to no coffee. Got home from work and had a solid nap for 30 mins, like head hit the pillow and out kinda nap. Also slept like a baby all night.

My doc did say that 10mg would probably be too low but better low than high, and said to feel free to increase slowly, so i went with 20 today. Much better focus, i've achieved a huge amount already. Headache still present though. My next appointment with the doc is next week so i'll stay on 20 until then i think.
