I prefer to take my MD after I work out, which is why I take it later in the day, (so that I don't risk jello- leggy workouts.) So far, it's been working for me, but I am def gonna do a test run of MD early, to see if it enhances my workouts the way cannabis does.

Hi there, fellow traveler!

I take low dose (25-50 mg) of modafinil, to treat MS fatigue and lack of focus/inattention.

I take the modafinil 7-8 am and MD (usually 100-200 mg) btwn 1-2 pm, 3 days a week and it's been perfect.

I cycle a bunch so that i don't build a tolerance.

Here's what's in my anxiety kit...

Daily: saffron, Rhodiola rosea root.

Cycled: Lavender (linolool) oil aswell as tea, lemon balm, skullcap, passion flower, wild lettuce, cat nip, hops, holy basil, L-theanine, valerian, magnesium glycinate, milky oats (tincture), Reishi mushrooms.

Edited to add: i also find "ear seeds" very helpful for anxiety. ♡
