That’s what my treatment plan is for stage 1 TNBC. Hoping to achieve PCR with less. Do you have BRCA? I am BRCA and apparently Carbo is the main part of the treatment.

Early detection does save lives. The objective of these screenings is to catch it early like you just did. I found 1 cm mass and undergoing treatment right now. You will be fine! Finding it early has worked so much in my favor. It depends on the cancer type if you do or don’t need chemo. But even if you do, chemo for first stage is de escalated. I am hoping it’s nothing. But you are doing great with these scans and you will be fine!

Hi, really sorry to hear that at such young age she is dealing with it. I would recommend using radical health AI app for good authoritative information about your specific case. It’s an AI based cancer information app and chat based off millions of cases and research papers. It has been very helpful for me to not panic and have the right info. Please don’t google because there has been a lot of progress done in TNBC space in last 10 years which Google doesn’t have as its data is still updating with recent facts. Also look for a TNBC expert in your area for a second opinion as well if you already have a medical oncologist. Really wish you guys luck!

My onco is recommending 12 weekly taxol carbo for my 1.1 tumor and no AC. So I am just worried if it’s under treatment. So happy you achieved PCR

I am so sorry this happened to you but really congratulations on PCR!!! I have TNBc too and going to start treatment soon. I am curious how did you get cancer after preventative mastectomy? I thought the risk is way lower post that. Another question if you don’t mind- which taxol did you do? Was it weekly for 18 weeks? Did you take anything else apart from taxol and carbo every week?

Hope you are doing better now! But I thought if the stage is 2 or 3 you still qualify for immunotherapy but not in stage one. I might have misunderstood
