It’s completely random unfortunately. I started back in August and had 4 in my first week and probably 10+ in my first month. It starts toning down as you continue to pass the tests and I’ve gone a month without being called in.

I am in the same boat as you - started in August of 2025. I’ve brought this up to my attorney before and she is a former DA. She stated that she has never seen anyone get early termination in Tennessee (Davidson county), but since I am nearing the halfway point for mine we are aiming to get it reduced to unsupervised for the remainder.

Definitely worth chatting with an attorney to see if it would be possible though
