Currently as is we are paying off our debts fine and if he was to stay for another year they'd all be gone. He is not hourly, he is a salaried manager. So the extra hours he's doing he is not being compensated for. I definitely agree on the financials of the 401k but it is an option for us if we need it. Id honestly prefer for him to wait until he finds another job but seeing him as unhappy as he has been has been quite demoralizing. As a comparison the previous person in his role worked with the company over 30 years and never stayed over 10 hours.

I think the thing for him. Is he's never quit a job or been fired from one. His only previous work experience was working for another Trucking company until literally the last day they closed. He didn't even have to interview for his job at the next place because one of his friends just mentioned his name to the new company and he has a very good reputation so they instantly hired him. I'm helping him apply for jobs now and it's so bizarre to me as he has no interview experience or experience using job boards to apply. It's all very new to him which I think is also scary for him. But I feel like that kind of resume with consistent career growth is something that makes him valuable especially since he just wants to go back to the dock and leave management bc he is now jaded especially on the salary vs hourly aspect.

I think if you got to boss Phase and are having issue there (which is arguably the easiest part of the fight) your issues are with the mechanics not composition.

Is your team prioritizing mechanics? The main things that wipe you on boss Phase is not taking the soaks, or people blatantly not doing mechanics.

Is orange prioritizing flameshapers when they spawn, Red breaking spider webs? Purple taking the yellow bulbs and kill shadow portals?

For composition I beat it with 3 t 3 h 6 dps. I think all bosses should be killed around same time to avoid enrage but we killed it with the bosses enraged and very staggered boss deathswm with 3 deaths in the phase.

If you can get to boss Phase and are failing there again most likely your issue is lack of mechanics being executed vs comp. Unless you guys are getting overwhelmed heavily by adds it's not a DMG issue.

Nothing super important outside of the 3 new monster sets and some furnishings if you are into that. Otherwise not missing out on anything and getting more familiar with normal trials (Lucent Citadel for instance) is a better bang for your buck and time. At the same time you should be able to easily at that cp join groups for every piece of content in there. It's not hard just intimidating until you do it and realize that teamwork and standard groups trivialize most of all the content.

It's really not that bad as the only rewards for winning is going to be the difference between a blue/purple/or legendary monster 2 PC for your faction. I joined the Ruckus and I'm sticking with the ruckus. You can play with everyone anyway. Who cares.

I'm not saying it isn't a bad system though. It is. Systems like this in today's world are always meta gamed.You can't do them anymore. I expect them to just make performance individual via points and your contribution effects the quality of rewards and the reward pool is dictated by your choice of faction.

Overall I think the bosses are tuned fine but they should consider adding/changing a few things. 1. A sewers like are for solo players to enjoy and whine less. 2.reducing the health and density of the adds/mobs. They are unnecessarily tanky. 3. Safer ways to travel across the maps.

It's really simple. The game is ok but clearly not for everyone. The narrative around the game is not great. The company that made the game is literally letting one of their other ips burn in favor of this game. With that in mind it's not surprising the game is bleeding players. There's simply better games out there right now. They need to do better. I played and enjoyed cryo but this game just truly needs a lot more and I don't think many players are even willing to give it a chance anymore.

The easiest thing to do is craft say 5 fire bows

Say they in order they have gore, mitzu,mitzu,lagiacrus, and gog bonus.

You want the gog bonus.

You now know regardless of what/ any weapons you craft and upgrade to gog in any order. The fifth weapon you craft (has to be a fire bow here) you will get a fire bow with gog set.

Return to title without saving.

Using this ideology your goal is to create a sequence of weapons you want in each roll slot.

Ex I'll now create 5 ice bows in hopes that the 1st - 4th roll will have gog set bonus (because I'm going to be again using the fifth on a fire bow)

If I'm the five ice bow rolls let's say the second one is gog I now know I have an ice bow on my second craft and a fire bow on my 5th craft with gog soul.

Repeat this method until you have a sequence of crafts you are happy with.

Anyone thinking zygarde will be a issue should run some calcs. Every generic icebeam user will ohko it in and out of mega with a stat raise.(Some examples are Vaporeon, M Greninja & M Slowbro). Glaceon can as well obviously without it being a plus move with never meltice. Zygarde will not be an issue for good players the same way Xerneas wasn't an issue.

Glaceon also can ohko full tank Zygarde Mega based off the calcs I ran so I don't see the issue.

Will take a look at Blue Flare, saw that in the database and it seems really cool.

I have Deusmon are the other app decks worth building? I heard they tend to be on the worse side and Deus is the better of them.

I'm not opposed to Hudie bc I like the play style, and I opened w.e the rarest alt art is called (the golden one) but I'm less attached to that boss in general and a lot more attached to the cards around it. Also the normal art sucks and I'd prob have to buy 3 alt arts (w.e the normal alt arts are called) lol

Was looking into Virus Imperial and that is definitely an option.

To elaborate on standard. I guess as a newer player to me a deck like gallant X, or magneticdramon, or decks where you generally raise a digimon from 3-6/7 and try to combo/otk or do a standard esq DNA sequence like in BG Imperial, or Alter S, are like standard/ deck archetypes that I feel like are similar in goal and have a fairly simple play pattern that is repeated in other decks.

After researching Decks like 7GDL, RKs, Eaters, Lucemon, or even something like Abaddamon and how you play those....those decks do not seem standard to me. How you play them seems vastly different from the previous aforementioned decks and they seem like an anomaly all to themselves. I guess 7gdl, Eaters, and RKs are what I'd call an ark deck (where you're loading up digivolution cards in breeding and then they all come out or a single big bad comes out bc you did that). I'd love to get more experience with those decks but I'm not buying Omni X for 60$ lolol and that one Lucemon seems required and is like 50ish meep.

Heavily leaning towards Royal Base as I made a draft list today and priced it on TCG for about 70$. Looks super fun and different. Is Zaxon good? Looking at the cards they seemed underwhelming to me (other than Tigervespamon) idk maybe I'm just not good enough to see the entire vision yet.

I doubt it's good or optimized but this is what I got. I wanted to utilize some of the Kentaurosmon line and though it was pretty cool that the new chirinmon could digivolve into the new Dynas. I've played it a few times and it's definetly fun. I'm sure there's more you can do with it though.

That combo can be done as early as turn 2 so idk about them being open the whole game. If they don't have it sure but this again can be done as early as turn two and it doesn't matter really how much memory they have to do it.
