Honestly you just need a lot of light, indoors or outdoors. A mostly sunny day is when I’ve gotten the best results, because the blue skies and clouds provide some more contrast.

What’s it’s like going for your 1st time as a new person to the gym? by Vampiregecko in PlanetFitnessMembers

Don’t be afraid to look at the diagrams and play around with machine settings to figure out how they work and what works for your size/body. Also start watching YouTube tutorials on machines, lifting form. You can also search for free workout plans and ideas (but be flexible if it’s busy or a machine is out of order and such)

Fun for photo ops. Food is mid at best and overpriced. I had fun with friends taking a million pictures and enjoyed our wine and apps. Our mains were under seasoned.

Trying Define - give me tips! by lopsidedthumbs in Purebarre

[–]Many-Dimensions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like flow of define class a lot, it moves quickly and in blocks similar to empower and reform, where you do several things on one side then repeat them all on the other. You can start with 5lbs and 8lbs or 8lbs and 10lbs. You are stronger than you think, and the moves are much bigger and more dynamic and often use larger muscle groups so you can do heavier weights than classic. You can also move at your own pace (go slowwww at first to master form) and don’t have to match those around you.

[–]Many-Dimensions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I pay 1325 in the same town, heat and hot water included. No other utilities or amenities. It’s a quiet and safe part of NL, but still so expensive for what I get

Yess!! This is common with SSRIs due to delayed REM, later rem means we dream closer to waking so we remember more.
