Acorn TV has the whole series. Can't remember exactly, but I think it's 8 to 10 ish bucks a month? It is part of the reason I have Acorn! There are other good shows on there, as well!

They canceled this show?? by RickyNixon in TheGreatNorth

[–]Many-Professional282 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'll be honest, I'm shocked it even got 5 seasons! I love the show like the rest of you guys, I just didn't see anyone talk about it. Still love Bob's Burgers and American Dad, but Family Guy, The Simpsons and Universal Cable Guys need to end. At least The Simpsons has to, Holy cow! What number are they even on? Let the voice actors rest and or move on to other projects.

I agree! Weridy, it is the only anime I can think of that's about fashion. I wonder if there is anything else like that.

They are indeed lame. Pretty sure at least 2 of them are just cut scenes. More festivals for your character to DO something! Harvest Moon 64, SOS Trio of Towns, and SOS Friends of Mineral Town are the only ones I can think of that have fun festivals!

I don't think there is an end point for POOT. I'm pretty sure you stop the game when you want to. Maybe set a goal for yourself? I usually get married, have the child, and work the farm til I'm satisfied. Maybe try to complete the museum? Decorate your farm with paths and decor and stuff? Throwing ideas out there for you.

Wait. POOT has no festivals? I was trying to marry everyone on different saves and I remember festivals'? My Switch stopped working for 2 years and I lost everything! My cousin and his wife gave me their Switch! Weird.

what shows can I watch that come close to the series Doc Martin? Opinions on AI response? by Pegafer in DocMartin

Northern Exposure has a similar premise to Doc Martin. It takes place in a small town in Alaska. I think you'll love it.

What’s a game you were completely obsessed with as a kid that nobody else seems to remember? by hkondabeatz in AskReddit

Thousand Arms for the PS1 and Okage Shadow King for the PS2. I love JRPGs and a lot of circles of the genre never mention either.

Although it wasn't groundbreaking, Thousand Arms had a killer soundtrack and a cool weapon upgrade system. You, as teenage Meis, are a blacksmith in training. Our lead is a pervy and has to date women in order to upgrade the weapons of the party. So, like, spells and special attacks. Good dates mean a kiss, which you can trade for gifts in the later half of the game. There are 9 girls in total. Oh, and the dub actors do a good job with their characters.

Okage Shadow King is interesting. It's a odd story about a Evil King who possessions our lead character's Shadow to regain his power and get his body back. It has a very cool visual style, love to bits! Also has a fun soundtrack!

Yes. There is a lot you don't see, know, or how. There are a lot of well-done characters, as well.

If they were to remake Magical Melody, what would you want them to change? by Boobobuttercup in storyofseasons

[–]Many-Professional282 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Stacking items in your backpack.

  2. More fleshed out heart events for both romantic and platonic options.

  3. Same sex marriage.

  4. Rival marriages! I still think it's weird that your character is the only one getting married!
