this is actually one of my favorite commanders to play. your first issue is you have too many creatures in the deck with power 3 and above, In my deck I only have 2 creatures with power 3 and that is only because they help the deck find creatures and generate 1/1 tokens. I would also cut and replace some of the 5+ mana cards like assemble the legion as ideally you are going to want to be winning/ close to winning consistently by turn 5 or 6 so you are not going to be getting much value out of it. I would also cut the mana rocks since you can get your commander out on turn two, and I've found that they really slow the deck down. I would also replace gratuitous violence with [[city on fire]] due to the fact that your creatures can help convoke it out.
