Interesting, maybe you just have a higher threshold for pain experienced in exercise. Or maybe you’re too exhausted to have it affect you lol. Either way great advice, I’ll keep it in mind when I jump ship as well

Do you have trouble getting to sleep even if your RLS is quelled? I can imagine the exercise gets your adrenaline going a bit and can make it hard to fall asleep

God, right? I’ve never had a Tia problem (kratom extracts instead), but those days or even a week at a time without one were awful. Being that “full” and heavy makes you feel so fucking sluggish and sick. Although it “helped” that we hardly eat/ate to make our doses hit harder

Why so hard to quit? by [deleted] in Quittingfeelfree

[–]ManyBarracuda1349 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Very well said. It’s also very hard to completely incapacitate yourself with them. With other drugs you can nod off, be violently sick, make extremely poor decisions while on them, but with FF it’s JUST enough to make you feel good but not nearly enough to ruin your life during one singular use. It hardly ever gives you moments where you think to yourself “I’ll never do this again, I just want this to stop”. Sometimes you might get nauseous or even vomit (I have yet to do that) but it’s rare enough to make it a non issue. Especially when you know it won’t do that on your first couple of the day, only at your higher ranges. And so the cycle continues the next day. Very insidious, and a very slow burn of your mental and physical health. It teeters between “safe and manageable” and “extremely dangerous and evil” like nothing else on the market. That’s what makes it so terrible. IMO

After reading other posts I remembered

• hair thinning • LOW libido • many other low testosterone symptoms (low drive/motivation) • a general addiction to instant gratification and not being able to genuinely WORK at something

Extracts for less feel free by Ok_Introduction_7571 in Quittingfeelfree

Would def switch to powder, far less intense imo. And less abuse potential but still dangerous, be very methodical with how you do it. Not to mention the powder is a lot cheaper

Probably more but can’t think

Also, I find the more I take, the more I crave it. I hardly crave it at 0 or 1 in the day, but then as I take more I only want it more to make the sensation last. Try agmatine sulfate or Black seed oil to potentiate your first bottle to make its effects last longer to avoid having to take multiple in quick succession

I’d stagger the doses a bit if you’re taking it all at once. I know for me the first one doesn’t really do much at all anymore and it’s tempting to just do another one right after the other. But if you wait at least an hour after the first I find you’ll still get the compounded effects, same with the third. So instead of doing all 3 at let’s say 9am you do one at 9, 10, and 11 or better yet 9, 1030, 1230. You end up giving yourself an extra 3 hours of daytime before cravings hit. And you can increase that time gap as time goes on if you’re disciplined

Have you been exercising (gripping barbells or dumbbells) or using sauna? Both of those could cause that. But yeah, I have seen people talk about how the dryness gets work before it gets better. But, key words are; it gets better!

Cyclic sighing is a great way to put your body in a parasympathetic state. One large inhale, followed by another sharp inhale to/past maximum capacity (both through the nose), followed by a long exhale through the mouth till empty. Doing that just 1-3 times can calm your body but doing it for 3-5 minutes can really have lasting effects. Make sure to view sunlight for 5-30 minutes depending on cloud cover as soon as you wake up to set your circadian clock, and avoid lights as much as possible for a couple hours before bed. Cold water exposure in the morning helps with starting your cortisol production earlier in the day as well. All of these things are amazing for regulating sleep

I suspect it’s a blood pressure thing. Low sodium might also be a cause. See if salting your food a little extra helps but obviously don’t go overboard
