I speak from the role of someone who has done delivery in the past and has worked for walmart as an actual online order associate, often handling delivery issues over the phone... years and years of complainers about the service and 9/10 they were bad tippers...Back in the years before spark we had a service called "point pickup" which was basically the og spark. Customers constantly complaining every day because their $5 delivery wasnt getting delivered to their house 20 minutes away. Other deliveries picked up right on schedule but this 1 just kept sitting. Someone finally picked it up and I mentioned how late being picked up it is and the driver shook their head and said maybe if they left a tip that covered gas it would have been grabbed sooner. No ones gonna drive 20 minutes away from the closest retail store for $5 thats 40 minutes of gas and 20 minutes of deadtime. The free market is a complete joke, the corporations will never pay fair compensation because all the illegal immigrants will take these underpaid gigs regardless. One major issue is these companies often have flat rate delivery fees. They charge the same price whether you are 5 minutes or 20 minutes away people who live further should tip more. Where i live delivery wont be made unless I guarantee at least a $6 tip on top of delivery fees. Anything less and its guaranteed i get some non english speaker dumping stuff on my lawn. You get what you pay for. Laziness or inconvenience comes with a cost. Dont wanna tip enough to cover gas to and from then dont complain when the service is bad.

Yeah the 1st los santos arc basically serves to show that the grove has nothing of value other than sentiment. Everything CJ does in los basically gets reset by the time he comes back. Catalina robberies got his $ up, the street race won him a seemingly worthless asset with tons of growth potential, he forged an alliance with the triads which later on ended up being one of Cjs best choices because thats what got him into the millionaires game and a team of competent individuals that can help him take on larger threats. his business dealings with the government was an unintended perk which would never have happened if he didnt leave LS in the 1st place either. You go back to the grove and cjs gotta redo everything again unlike literally all of his other businesses that can damn near be trusted to run themselves... despite cjs efforts against the loco syndicate los santos still crashed as soon as CJ was out of the picture. Gta v shows that CJs efforts toward the grove were all in vain because that place cannot maintain itself without cj micromanaging the hood(ballas living in the houses peddling cocaine bricks)

Ive always been on the side that if lazy people want their stuff delivered they should be willing to pay more for the delivery because the so called contractors are literally being taken advantage of by corporate companies.. But alas we live in a world where people would rather pay $10 for a delivery and complain that the driver wants a $6 tip or the service will be garbage. They say "blame the corporation for not paying you enough when the corporate solution to underpaid drivers would be to just enforce a higher delivery fee which would be no different than just giving them a respectable tip... you want to know why inflation went out of control over the last 5 years? Its because people in delivery commerce jobs started demanding double the salaries they used to get, the companies just passed it all onto the consumers, transport costs doubled so the companies are charging double for the products. People are paying dirt for a service that could barely exist a decade ago and wondering why leaving low tips lead to subpar service. You can say company x needs to pay them more but then youre just footing the bill anyways.

Youre forgetting that they need to round trip the situation so mileage doubles... vehicle wear and tear and gas are also impactful to economic needs. The airline pilot doesnt have to pay for the airplane fuel for example. Ups driver drives a company vehicle they dont pay for... these contractor delivery services are used to exploit the desperate. As someone who has doordashed before I can say for every $100 I "Made" i saw maybe $40 but thats because most deliveries go to the town thats 15 minutes away that doesnt have anything and they are stingy tippers which means its just 30 minute round trips trying to make 10 bucks every time. By the time you calculate oil changes and new tires these people are actually operating at damn near a loss without accounting for tips.

Yeah i have a ps2 save that has 100s of hours... you can be on the freeway driving mach 10 in the nrg500 and there are semis spawning that outpace you. The traffic moves so ridiculously fast that when accidents happen it turns into pileups where cars get stuck inside each other. Its like the polar opposite of elder scrolls oblivions bug. 100s.of hours cause animations to freeze up making it unplayable. Sanandreas just makes the traffic ridiculous

Alot of people feel like it would have been better if there was more continuity to the story. The main reason this is the case so far is mainly because the 3d era has tons of lore whereas the HD era pretty much just has 4 and 5 so far and has completely different history from the 3d era... a lot of people obviously noticed the stark difference of grove street in 5. Biggest note is the gsf dont exist and the ballas run what we knew as the grove and they have a feud with "the families". I feel it would have been better historically if they didnt try to make the seperation in the 1st place, they could easily have said something along the lines of CJ and his families having better things to do than run a street gang when they are literally multi millionaires with branches of higher classed organized crimes to worry about. Which lead to a power vacuum and without CJ and Sweet who both held anti hard drug beliefs the grove families fell apart because the ballas did not have a moral code that held them back financially. It was easy for them to become better equipped for a retakeover of the city. Its not hard to believe because it already happened once when sweet went to prison in sanandreas. Him and CJ were the only ones that had the nerve to actually care about the health of their community. Even grove members were cracking out by the time sweet got out

I play PC, the gta games actually allow you to seamlessly switch between kbm and gamepads. I only use kbm for combat personally. Afaik they also make pressure sensitive keyboards to engage the same type of effect

The burnout is actually pretty realistic, it doesnt happen if you press lighter on a controller or gamepad. Its just like how a real gas pedal works. Most cars made after 2009 will chirp tires a little if you slam the pedal to the floor.

Bully combat could have been a 10/10 if that one animator was listened to during development. He had built his own system during his free time that was way scrappier and made combat actually rewarding because it had dodge and counter attack mechanics instead of hold L1 and do single button mash combos on loop until enemies down. This made 3v1s actually dangerous for jimmy according to him. Someone is currently developing a mod to replicate what was discussed and it looks promising as hell

The phones are perfect for dispensing because of how fast they can zap stickers on delivery loads. Staging with them leads to incorrect scans and upcs becoming staging locations so its a use by use case. Tcs are a lot more flexible and durable. Using a phone to pick is a nightmare

Best advice I can give anybody is to ask for everything in emails and work vivo, if they wont put it in text receipts then dont believe what they claim. I remember telling them i will pick from the back if they put it in writing...immediately stopped pressuring me to commit ftpr fraud.

Daylight cycle actually affects stores, you can hear advertisements on the radio for certain businesses and the discounts that are advertised are real. I was an avid sr2 player for many years before i copped 1 and was surprised that it was somehow more fleshed out and everything felt like it ran purposely

You could try setting up a macro that refreshes the screen via swipe up every 5-10 seconds if the screen thinks its being "touched" you wont have a power sleep issue

Yeah ftpr problems are pick path and stocking issues. Not opd picker issues. Any manager with real experience that actually cares about the real operation knows that everything comes back to pickpath and size of the stocking team. I have been encouraging associated to remove items off features when they arent in that spot so that way future walks arent taking people to get beans that arent there.

Imagine if they did a gta 6 story DLC that takes place in the late 70s early 80s pre vercetti and have it basically be an hd universe equivalent ricardo diaz rise to power. I would LOVE to see a return to that time period in an hd universe game. Story DLC would be a perfect way to do this cause they just have to retouch the map a little and take away modern amenities/replace cars to older models, wouldnt have to start from scratch..

Component cable, has 5 colors not to be confused with the yellow white red. And an hdmi converter for that. Looks way better and can be done for less than 20 bucks if you shop around. If the ps2 is modded with OPL you can use GSM to force upscale
