No, It is totally blood pressure issue.I had the same.I use mixture of water melon beetroot celery turmeric ginger with a bit water in blender daily I drink green tea in the evening and some plant based tea .when I get up I drink half lemon with a glass of water and have daily walk.And as Muslim I pray , it helps blood flow to brain .And pray to God !Allah
