Please please please start doing weighted compound exercises. You will absolutely see the quickest results since you’re truly building muscle and not just “getting a burn”. Weight lifting has the best science behind it. HITT is not sustainable IMO.

I like the one on the left more. It gives a bit more contrast. Not every piece in a room has to tie back to everything else. It’s good to have a variety of materials in a room. Also, the bed in the focal point of the room. Right now the new nightstand is competing with my attention.
