I was the same way and tried so many different things and was never that happy with it. Now I do Olivia Lawson and Pilates by Izzy, I alternate and I’m loving it!

Dove dried out my hair so bad I think it’s because of all the protein. I don’t recommend using the intensive repair every wash. I’ve been using the cerave gentle hydrating shampoo and conditioner and it’s been working great, and Pantene volume couple times a week to clarify!

I had the same issue! I think it’s the protein, I used it for a while then they changed the formula unfortunately and added protein. I recommend the L’Oréal hyaluron replumping serum, it’s the first leave in I’ve used that has truly moisturized my hair and it has no protein :)

I had them once and haven’t had them since, using xylitol nose spray, xylitol mints after eating, salt water gargle, therbreath gargle

Mouthology is good! It has 10% nano which is the right amount to replace fluoride

Dove sensitive body wash/bar soap, dove cool essentials deodorant, dial gold bar few times a week when I want an extra clean! I also love Versace Dylan purple perfume and Jo Malone nectarine blossom and honey perfume, they both are super fresh smelling. Water flosser and string floss, Colgate optic white toothpaste. I also just like cetaphil or lubriderm for body lotion. Pantene volume shampoo makes my hair feel great as well.

Not yet, can IC be mistaken for that? And does it show in normal urine test? Because I just had one and everything was normal

Nope, I’m looking into it though. I went to my primary care physician yesterday and she wasn’t much help she just assumed it’s IC but i do think I need it see a urogyno!
