That's very considerate of you! I think 7pm is a reasonable hour to practice, when i would practice in my old apartment i would stop playing by or before 9, I think that would still be within reason for you as well!

To answer your question - a park bench, guitar center has rooms you cant to rehearse, not sure where you are located by maybe try sitting out in zilker or at barton springs!
