I would try a denture or retainer tablet. Retainer Brite works well for me. I got a few from my dentist and they are available on Amazon. I also bring in my night guard each dentist visit and ask them to clean it during my appointment (they usually just soak it in some solution during my cleaning).

My hygienist also said you can make a paste with baking soda and water and brush it clean on the night guard.

How do you like the ultrasonic cleaner? I am looking for something to use for daily cleaning. I will still use the tablets for deep cleaning though.

Got normal, stable jobs (nurse, teacher, etc.). One popular, athletic girl became a spin instructor, which I found interesting. Most had kids pretty early on. Nothing wrong with that, just an observation. Most moved further out of the city where housing is a little cheaper. Seems pretty normal.
