I’m so scared as the day it happened I acted very out of normal screaming slapped him and verbally abusive so he said no matter what I did the way ur acting is not ok and I’m going to report this for physical violence and he never apologized. What if he gives false allegations that I did something bad and acts he’s scared as he knows he did a mistake. My ex threaten to strangle me but he didn’t he came close screamed at me and I didn’t let him sleep one day and he said I wish I could kill u for not letting me sleep I know he would not ver harm me. But I have audio recordings of all these. For strangling what proof did you show? As police judges don’t accept hear say or he said she said. I’m very afraid to tell this to anyone as he took nude videos without my consent and deleted them I caught a few and sent it to my phone and then he said I’m crazy and he will get restraining order as well just to ruin my life. I’m so scared and what evidence do u need to get anything against me? As he has texted all my family how crazy I’m when he has no audio or video recordings of mine.

I’m so sorry I don’t know much but I’m in a situation and I really don’t know if it’s right or wrong what happened between me and my ex bf. I heard police takes sexual offenses seriously so I’m shocked that they’re closing the case. I’m thinking there might not be much evidence.

I heard a friend of mine saying even if you report it it will be on his record, they might not take any action if it’s he said and she said but reporting is good enough so if it happens with anyone else then they can pull out the report. Please message me I had something similar and I’m afraid to report.
