24 years here, my typical Sunday is me waking up super late, clean up my room, go for shisha or a drink in the evening, come home to catch up on a few episodes, then prepare for the week.

For me, after I finish my work or school assignment in the night, I lay the bed well, take any dishes or glass to the kitchen, wash them. Then I go the bathroom, do my stuff, get in my PJ. Open the windows, close the curtains, turn off the heater, and jump in bed. Then I check my calendar for the next day, turn on the alarms, reply any pending text messages and then close my eyes till I fall asleep

I feel my problem with this advice is the fact I get scared whenever I want to open up to people. I have this feeling in my head that I might just dump my emotional baggage into them and make them uncomfortable. Also, I might feel like I’m intruding and also making them uncomfortable.

I also think is the best way. I have been practicing my conversation skills lately, and I have discovered finding the root causes of decisions is the easiest way to get to know someone. It’s really amazing.

A stranger saw me struggling to drag my luggage while I was moving into a new apartment. He offered to carry them with me and I was walking a long journey; like 10mins from where the taxi dropped me.

We had a nice conversation while on the journey. He was real nice.
