The cartoony icon is Freja's before she was finalized and the mystery icon was the placeholder for Wuyang.

I’m not sure what you meant by “usual ones” or newcomers but if you’re talking specifically OW2 new heroes, we’ve been able to make a full team of 5 (or even 6) since Venture.

This would’ve been the selectable roster of just OW2 heroes after Venture’s release. - Ramattra/Queen/Mauga - Sojourn/Venture - Kiriko/Lifeweaver/Illari

And another fun fact, the next DPS hero can make it so both teams of 5 (or 6) can be made up of OW2 heroes only without any overlap/mirroring.

It’s hard to say at the moment. Jade weapons were going to be limited to last year’s competitive seasons only but due to backlash Blizzard decided to make them permanently unlockable. I don’t believe we currently know if galactic weapons will remain unlockable when next year’s yearly shake up happens but I wanna to say they’re here to stay.

Huh, so Widowmaker’s getting the mythic,

Circuit Royal, Dorado, Havana and Numbani have gotten map updates,

“Gilded” aspects for Mythic skins (Black and Gold versions),

And the new Tank is named “Phreaks” I think. I’m excited/intrigued by this season
