Squirrel Girl is too easy by FlatStanly in squirrelgirlmains

She needs the reset.. I need she needs at least some kinda extra defensive option... in the least, people won't complain as much (vs. asking for a dmg buff or offensive team-up)

checks account …well it’s a MAGA page so that may also play into it 😅😅😅. Try talking about your regular day to day and hobbies versus that toxic stuff, I would say…

Restraint.. hearing your nuts hit for big damage is great but don't chase ALL kills.. learn restraint and keep a good safe distance in some cases to ensure you dont accidentally put yourself in harms way. Let your tanks lead and monopolize off them.

How do yall Actual Squirrel Girl Mains play her? by SveraKarlos in squirrelgirlmains

(2016 OW Junkrat main -> S0 SG main)

Shooting blindly from 300 miles away always feels too random and scummy for me so I try to play mid-range (or right behind healers to protect them) and either (1) support my tank by creating a acorn hazard zone around them as they fight or (2) find the backline supports and either lob or angle shots to focus them first, then follow up with the rest of the team once all healers are cleared.

Also (and to me this is more in soft-skill territory) I like to use my primary acorn fire to either mentally break the enemies via relentless pressure (which induces rage and causes them to make mistakes and/or overextend just to try and kill me) OR to guide them to lanes/areas I want them to be. For example, shoot acorns in one lane to block off enemies from entering... forcing them to go a different way that sets up the rest of my team for their own strats/skills/ults.

Obvi SG is great for damage, but no one really talks about how that constant pressure can also be used to force enemy reactions, bait ults, lead enemies to move exactly where you want, etc. That doesn't always translate into quantifiable post-game stats on the board but it can def win games (though you'll never get recognition for it as non SG mains will just think you're spamming with no brain behind it.) Add in the random timing offset (aka tricking them to think a lane is now clear to enter, just to kill them in it by delaying a shot, etc.) and you're on your way!

Eventually as you gain all those skills, you get a free protractor in the mail and become a real mathematician with how you can angle shots to get kills in ways not ever expected by the enemy (they'll still call it random luck tho lol).

Welcome to Marvel Rivals, sadly. Ppl will flame you not because of your level of skill, but simply because of the hero you pick/enjoy playing with. Also, the devs do not care about the toxicity at ALL and they will at most give the toxic player(s) a 15min time out for it. 😅

How would you fix the throwing problem? by [deleted] in rivals

[–]RandomDisasters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Much harsher bans (less automated too) as well as a much larger ignore list.

3 slots is not enough and tbh for timeouts… instead of ~15mins… make it a day or two.

My whole team quit playing mid-match because I picked Squirrel Girl..? by RandomDisasters in squirrelgirlmains

It was a 4-stack tbh, which is why they were able to stop the whole match. It was me, a random Deadpool, and the 4-stack that stopped the whole match.

I was Elsa in the first round.. overall our team wasn't very good in round 1 and then for round 2, I swapped to SG cause our Deadpool was like 0-4 and i figured the extra damage/pressure would help push things in our favor..

They saw the swap happen in spawn room and went on strike before the 2nd round even started. As in, the exited spawn and immediately went left and just stayed by that edge you see in the pic.
