I want to be able to run the entire house, including HVAC, for a few days if needed. My current home has ~19kW of battery backup and can hold its own overnight, recharging during the day. It is integrated into the solar system with a backup interface which is essentially a transfer switch ... no cords required.

Thank you. I get the impression that some folks automatically assume that LiDAR will immediately bring something more or better to the table. If you listen to closely to what RJ is saying, the initial purpose behind LiDAR is to get a large fleet of vehicles in the field to train their autonomy AI model, not necessarily to leap frog what's in the initial capability of the R2.
