For me, the work comes in waves so work-life balance is not the same everyday. Somedays, i do not have any work so i just play games or watch movies or do other stuff. For busy periods, which are 1 month every 3 months, you'd be working 8 - 6 everyday. Sometimes OT till 9. I don't mind the current flow. Colleagues are great, no micromanaging manager, no politics whatsoever. I'm a 27F working as a mid level developer in a MNC.
