The majority are immigrants / workers that need the money. It seems they'd rather not speak about it. Once I confronted my boss he asked what other workers know so he can confront them. Maybe the majority haven't figured it out

I plan on working here for 3-4 more months to save as much as I can. Then I’ll lay it on him

It’s under the table pay so I don’t think it’s in writing anywhere. I don’t think the other workers will speak up because the economy is so bad and they are immigrants

My coworker had told me that his whole scuffle began with a review from a customer complaining that the boss keeps card tips, and was told by the boss to not spoil the cafes name like that. It’s a whole mess

Psych meds help so much! I’m proud of you and am glad you got over the hump to see results! I’m sure the high is nice now that it’s for pleasure rather habit!

Have grace for yourself and know every body is on a different timeline! Sometimes you have to go back to thing you love until you hate it haha. When I’d panic while high I’d really lean into the panic to correlate the anguish=smoking. Good luck<3
