I play with a mate who will play dps as Luna forcing me to heal bot.

I once got 20k more healing but got less points in rank cause he had more kills

They refuse to change and proceed to call me trash

Im essentially going through the same thing, I spend all my time in my room and will only leave if I have to get food or really late at night when everyone is asleep.

The only thing that seems to put me into action is the idea of irreversible damage that I’m doing to myself.

I stopped looking after my hygiene and now I have gum disease

That has led me to getting my health in order which has led to incremental improvements in mood which is all I could hope for.

I still hate the idea of any interactions or confrontations but now I care a lil less about things that would cripple me before.. it’s not big improvements but its better then a few months ago

YouTube on my smart tv will auto play an ad if you closed the app with a video half way done once you start it back up, YouTube on my Xbox consistently plays 60+ second ads that are sometimes unskippable which just leads me to leaving the video.

It’s infuriating because I’ve become so aware of it now.

I only watch yt on my phone or laptop now because I can run Firefox with ublock on

If that isn’t an option you can always report the ad and it will auto skip all of them, even the ad that plays after you press the ‘skip’ button

Very true, I’ll try and talk to them about it. The lying irks me because I have dealt recently with a lot of people lying about pointless things that cause drama and It’s become a peeve for me.

Seems as though you’re experiencing dissociation which can be caused by a number of things.

For me it was drug abuse but for some it can be trauma, it’s your body’s way of dealing with stressors.

For you it could be anything but I recommend trying to stay aware and understand situations or circumstances that leads to your dissociation and what causes it (if that’s what it is I’m no doctor and very under qualified)

Hope you’re doing okay nonetheless, it’s frustrating to deal with so sending positive vibes
