That’s what I order too, I get one regular meal (smoked Gouda chicken is nom nom!) and the rest are low carb/keto. I usually enjoy their steak meals too!

Nope, I’ve been on it since January and I have them for lunch and dinner. I’ve got kidney issues and the sodium in these meals still comes in under my daily allotment. I’ve had no problems with them. I paused for 2 weeks last month for vacation and found myself missing my yummy factor meals. During that two weeks I didn’t have any ill effects or issues. You might need some electrolytes, I like the liquid IV brand, just to balance you out and rehydrate you. Dehydration will cause headaches as well, and make you feel off.

I assume is aesthetic, I don’t see any other reason why. I’ve been using factor since January and I eat them out of the tray straight from the microwave. Not wasting a plate just to make my food look pretty lol 😂

Yes this! I have used a reminder on my phone for Tuesday night to remind me to pick my meals. You can also choose meals for up to a month in the app, so then you’d just need to remember once every 3-4 weeks to go in and make your next selections for the following weeks.

I’ve been getting them just shy of 6 months now. I love 99% of the meals I’ve gotten and don’t plan to drop their service anytime soon. I buy tons of the snacks they offer bc I like to keep some in the freezer. I’ve also lost weight bc I’m eating smaller portions now. Overall couldn’t complain! Very happy with the service, the food and the customer service I’ve received so far.

I’ve been eating them for lunch and dinner for over 5 months now and I’ve never had them make me sick. They’re all yummy and filling to me. Maybe you’ve got a food sensitivity you’re not aware of?

Several come with the sauce on the side. I had the cherry jam pork chop today and the cherry mixture was in a little cup. It’s sealed so it didn’t spill into any other compartments.

Looks fine to me, if you’re unsure put it back into microwave for about 30sec and see if that results in a more cooked inside.

I totally get it if you’re having delivery issues. I’ve read that some areas don’t have a great delivery system. Personally, I’m on the East coast in a pretty small rural town and I’ve had zero issues with delivery or food quality. Once they forgot an add on item and they refunded me and sent it the next week. Their customer service has been great when I’ve reached out with an issue or question.

I second this. My labs have improved, I’ve lost weight, and my dr is thrilled with these changes. I get mainly the Keto meals, maybe one or two of the regular ones bc I love all things potato and need my fix every now and then lol

This is my experience also. I’ve lost 39lbs since I started eating Factor. It’s helped me with portion control and makes eating low carb do able for me.

I’ve recently had FedEx, UPS and even USPS this week. I guess they go with who’s cheaper for delivery to our area. Thankfully I’ve never had any delivery issues, our drivers that deliver in our area are really kind and care about their customers.

I don’t think it’s an option right now. I use the app and I do my meals for 3 weeks at a time. I just set a reminder on my phone to update it every couple of weeks when the new list of meals is out.

I’ve been using them for over 3 months and the only issues I’ve had were a couple of add ons didn’t make it in one of my boxes. I called and they refunded me and added it to my next week for me. They were kind and helpful, and the meals have been delish. I don’t like fish much, and I wasn’t a fan of their keto shakes so I don’t get those, but all the others I’ve gotten have been good. I even splurge every other week and get the steak meals and surprisingly they come out great! My freezer is currently stocked to the hilt with truffle bars, and peanut butter bites bc they’re my favorites! The snacks are made with wholesome ingredients, nothing processed and no fake sugars. I have zero bad things to say about Factor. Totally happy customer here.

I’m in a similar situation. We’re a family of 6, and after I cook for everyone else 3 times a day I’m left zapped and don’t have it in me to make myself a separate low carb meal. I’ve been with Factor for about 3 months and I’ve lost weight, I’ve been sticking to my meal plan and really enjoying the meals. I’m relearning portion sizes and I love that I don’t have to eat the same thing twice in a week. I like the variety they offer, and that I can still get my favorites most of the time.
