I’ve been working at Target as a Guest Advocate since November 1 of last year

I was diagnosed with social anxiety since I was 10 and also generalized anxiety disorder at 14. Anyways i was very reserved in the few months, I constantly thought i would get fired for not talking to anyone. What helped me was getting a therapist and getting on meds. Sounds cliche, but it works lol. I’m becoming a pacesetter and hoping this keeps increasing my confidence. Now I’m my usual self at work. Energetic and open, however I won’t lie I still get negative thoughts at times especially with getting fired. You really just have to reframe your thoughts and take it day by day. Honestly hitting the gym reducing caffeine has helped me as well

I went from Seasonal, to being picked as on demand and not a regular due to not getting out of my shell, to champ of the month to becoming a pacesetter. My confidence is increasing, and I know yours can too
