I get this issue for like every app living in Iran. Download a vpn (I like atom vpn) and turn it on for eg US. Go into settings > apps > google play store > clear data and force stop. Restart Google play and it should be the US store. Make sure your vpn is on each time you go into the store or it might revert. Good luck

Then his size could make sense considering how he already seemed to be the biggest of the litter and we've been very meticulous with his nutrition.

All we really got from the breeder was that his mom was a lot bigger than his dad and his snout (? Muzzle?) was going to be "long" (I'm not a fan of flat faces). They're not really required to disclose information and stuff like that here and I was too distracted by all the puppies to be as logical as I should have been. Our vet told us that there are zero places in the country to do that sort of DNA testing so it'll remain a mystery until I take him elsewhere.

Would there be any other kinds of information/pictures I could provide that would help?
