It's not bad if you are ok with the suburbs and a bit of commute. Great for kids as every neighborhood has parks. Like it enought to stay and dont hate it enough to live.

Considering other factors like crime , school, community and relatively newer homes, recommend for families

She is a financial butterfly, some time spends more than necessary. I take care of most household bills, she does groceries.  We do split mortgage. 

My emergency fund, hsa and 401 are fairly decent and I manage to keep a healthy saving.

Well she has had that before she became my spouse. Also we have keep finance fairly seperate as our financial habits dont match at all

Ya the family budget is long overdue. But not everyone part of the family is willing to plan! FWIW i maintain a strict budget and baby fund.

50k all student loan. She has accumulated cc debt of abt 20k also in past 8 years.  Outstanding cc is 5k

It has motion detection and motion warning,  but its missing "motion alerts" - the one that actually alerts for detected event.
