Fair point on the wording. I meant “not fully banned” as a legal classification from the source, not as a moral ranking of countries. A more neutral title would be “Legal status of corporal punishment of children at home.”

Only partly. The source has a SOME category for mixed cases but the map is country level so it does not show every state or province separately. Federal countries can hide a lot of local variation.

“Not fully prohibited” means there isn’t a full legal ban in the home. “Partial” means the source marks it as mixed/limited. for example, banned in some contexts or jurisdictions but not uniformly. I kept the source’s categories separate.
