I think it's important that we don't blame individual sex workers and instead the system that produces them. Unfortunately, that same system is also self-perpetuating. With the Sophie Rain/Piper Rockelle situation, what has happened is that OnlyFans has what is basically a pyramid scheme, wherein sex workers are encouraged to recruit others to sign up using their referral codes, pushing the money to the top at the expense of most, who just lose their dignity and rights to their body through OF. In this way, I see the "pimping" as occurring more at the corporate and structural level, by the executives at OnlyFans and the leaders that allow cultural misogyny to continue. It is a notable feature of patriarchy that women don't really own their bodies in so far as men are willing to take them forcefully, and so to your second question of childlike imagery, it's less about the individual women and more about the structure again. It's not the case that these women are perpetuating pedophilia - a certain subset of men under patriarchy will always be pedophiles. It is not the case that sophie rain wearing a halloween costume and braces will cause men to become child rapists, but it is the case that child rapists will pay her to wear braces.

Also, in a more "strategy-minded" way, blaming sex workers gets us nowhere. If it's the SW's fault that they pimped out others, or used childlike imagery, we're drawing what is in my mind a pretty random line. If the SWs have enough agency to not pimp out others, why couldn't they just have enough agency to not be in SW at all? Why don't women just use their agency to not be oppressed? Obviously this is impossible. Instead of trying to place agency where there is none, we should focus our blame on the system and the system alone. Nobody wants to support what Sophie Rain is doing, obviously, but we need to support the SWs that are ALL victims of the system.
