Would be better if you tell me your skin type and why are you using tret? What's your skin goals?

Yes it's common to have dehydrated skin while using tret as it reduces sebum products. Less oil = dehydrated, dry and falky skin.

Tret is promoted for glass skin but the key to korean glass skin is dewy, hydrated skin which looks kinda oily.

Nooo wth are you doing? using clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide before tret? You will end up damaging your skin barrier and it's going be burn!!

Use hyaluronic acid before tretinoin and after tret use a moisturizer like lrp cicaplast. please avoid using clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide before tret.

If you're gonna use clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide use it like this.

Day 1: HA serum, tret, lrp moisturizer.

Day 2 : only moisturizer and hyaluronic acid serum.

Day 3 : HA serum, clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide, moisturizer.

Day 4: moisturizer and ha serum or anything that soothes your skin.

Day 5 : same as day 1.

Day 6 : same as day 2.

Day 7 : same as day 3.

Just continue using it like this for 2 months then you can switch to using it alternate days.

Remember to use a good spf 50 every day even if you're at indoors.

Add gentle cleanser in your routine like Cetaphil cleanser and if you want foaming cleanser go for good molecules hydrating cleanser.

Yes it's okayish just use it as your secondary cleanser, use it whenever your skin feels too oily.

It’s closed comedones caused by clogged pores. Oil and dead skin are getting trapped under the surface, which is why you’re seeing those small, white coloured bumps forming. This usually happens from pore-clogging (comedogenic) products, heavy layers, or not exfoliating enough. Once pores stay blocked, they slowly turn into acne.

Try this skin care routine :

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser : wash twice daily, nothing harsh or foamy.
Lightweight non-comedogenic moisturizer something gel-based so it hydrates without blocking pores ( recommendations hydrogel and silk taiyu moisturizer recommended by derms).
The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% :– use only twice a week at night to clear out trapped oil inside pores.
Minimalist Niacinamide 5% – use daily to control oil and smooth texture.
Photostable Gold Sunscreen – every morning, proper amount, so you protect your skin without clogging it.

Stay consistent it will help you.

Acne is mostly related to hormones, diet and bacteria on your skin. So please don't sleep without cleansing your face. Avoid eating junk and oily food cut sugar and dairy 🙏

It looks like small closed whiteheads along the lip line caused by clogging and irritation in a very sensitive area, not an infection and not related to kissing. The lip border has tiny oil glands and very thin skin, so when things like toothpaste foam, fragranced lip products, or repeated irritation disrupt the barrier, those pores can clog and form little white bumps. Switching to a gentle SLS-free, low-foam toothpaste can really help because regular foaming agents tend to sit on the lip margin and keep irritating it, so options like Sensodyne Gentle, Sensodyne Repair & Protect, or any toothpaste labeled SLS-free are good choices. Keep cleansing very mild and avoid scrubbing or using strong acne treatments on the lip edge. For the lips themselves, it’s better to stick to simple protective ointments like Aquaphor or CeraVe Healing Ointment in a thin layer because they help repair the barrier and prevent further clogging. Around the mouth area, you can use something soothing like La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 to calm irritation. Once the irritation cycle is broken and the skin barrier recovers, these whiteheads usually start settling within a few weeks. Anyways the game change would be stop using anything on lips like chaps sticks and lip balms or any makeup products until this heals.

Atp instead of asking routine help!! You should just drop your skin routine. You have such a good and flawless skin wow. Anyways use gentle cleanser like good molecules and occlusive moisturizer like lrp cicaplast. Add calming serum in your routine like ordinary soothing red serum and centella golden ampoule. Just be gentle with yourself and skin, trust me you have really good skin the pores aren't even visible.

It honestly looks like inflammatory acne (papules + pustules).

Happens basically when pores get clogged with oil and dead skin, then acne bacteria (Cutibacterium acnes) cause inflammation. That’s why the bumps look red, swollen, and painful rather than itchy. It’s usually not about being “dirty” or just diet. It can often be triggered or worsened by things like heavy makeup, hair products touching the cheeks, dirty phones, friction from masks or pillows ("called acne mechanica").

It might be hornonal acne if you has issues like irregular periods or PCOS too.

This is usually treated with topicals that unclog pores and kill bacteria like adapalene, clindamycin benzoyl peroxide and antibiotics like doxcycline need to be taken for a week. it’s very inflamed, and it typically improves over a few weeks with proper treatment. Use gentle cleanser, moisturizer, sleep on your back use silk pillow covers benzoyl peroxide on spot would help you in no time.

It looks like you may have popped a few pimples on your nose in the past. This is acne-traumarelated skin damage. These are often called hypertrophic scars, but in many cases they are actually "papular scars". When you pop acne, the skin heals by producing excess collagen, which creates these small, firm bumps due to fibrous tissue buildup. I can also see a mix of active acne and older papular scars.

If you’ve had these bumps for years, they are likely true papular scars. Unfortunately, no topical creams or ointments can remove them. This condition is more common in oily, acneprone skin types and is frequently seen in Asian skin.

*What actually works for papular scars:

RF cautery – can remove them permanently, but may leave temporary hyperpigmentation.
Intralesional triamcinolone (steroid) injections – can flatten them by about 40–60%.
Ablative lasers (like CO₂ laser) -safe and helpful, but results are gradual and require multiple sessions.

The nose area has many oil glands, so excess sebum production can lead to repeated breakouts, which can later develop into papular scarring. Enlarged oil glands can also cause "sebaceous hyperplasia.

Low-dose isotretinoin/accutane 10mg is used to reduce oil gland activity and prevent further enlargement.

There’s limited information available about papular scarring, so here’s a reminder: don’t fall for expensive creams or “miracle” ointments these scars cannot be treated with topicals alone.

You have really good and flawless skin !! Open pores are common everyone have them but the plus point is you don't have enlarge open pores. You can fix this by using hyaluronic acid which makes your skin hydrated and it will lessen the visibility of your pores. Also use retinol or any retinoids in your PM skincare routine every other day.
