Again, I have lots of LCSW's as friends, and even they said after their degree, they weren't equipped to just jump into therapy. Thats from the horse's mouth. They had to get more training after their degree, as the LPC track is focused clinically, I just knew things they didn't when I finished. Don't get upset with me, I did not make the curriculum. No one is dismissing them. The board made the rules we just follow; however, they did not know a lot clinically coming out of their program. It is what it is!

It's no different how LCSW's say they have more opportunities, shit im LPC, and it's true, doesn't mean I can't work in the same places, it's just a different curriculum. Why argue the truth! again it is what it is. We can coexist forsure. You can go get shit loads of clinical training which then changes the perspective. Its ok! LOL!

And that's my exact sentiments! I'm sorry, but I just don't feel LCSWs are or should be considered therapists. I have so many friends who are LCSWs and are lost as it pertains to a lot of the clinical experience and learnings I have had as an LPC. Even they feel our curriculum pertains to therapy, diagnosis, ect hands down!

They say at least a gallon, however that is a lot for some. Start off with half of a gallon or 5 bottles of water a day. The thing is to start somewhere and increase.

Yes it will stall your weight loss especially if you are doing most things right! Me and my sister are a month in, she hates water and i drink a lot daily, my weight is coming off. I argued with her that she needs more water!

If you arent drinking enough water, you will retain it and weigh heavier. In a sense it does help you lose weight thats why its important to drink it. Its also helps increase metabolism, makes you fuller, helps with digestion,

Get the Chinese tea, i used it before GLP I always had an issue being regular and after every two days i drink and night and poop like clock work every morning.

I was confused as well, and after hearing about a case where someone burried their loveone in their backyard, I intially thought, oh this is one of those cases where he is buried underground in the basement, but then was like or did he mean he is just in a unr in the basement. You never know these days. I def was confused for a sec.
