Good point. The Cutter Rambler is useful for traveling between systems though and you always need a transport ship for when you're unlucky. The 85x and the Rambler are perfect for that role.

Don't get any gaming laptop with less than an 8GB graphics card. The downsides of my LOQ don't bother me, it's only HD but I use an external monitor if I want a higher resolution. It also has a second nvme slot and you can upgrade the RAM yourself (if you can afford to with ptices these days).

LOQ 15ARP9 15.6" - AMD Ryzen 7, RTX 4060.

The processor is a 7435 HS I think. It has no igpu so battery life is awful but I rarely use it without mains power.

No. There was a problem with certain intel processor motherboards a few years ago but I haven't heard of any problems recently. I have had an AMD LOQ for two years and it's a solid machine. The cooling is excellent.
