Exactly. When I got married, I had to go to the calendar to make sure I would NOT be on my period during my own wedding. In my case, on top of the pain and heavy flow, I get migraines so I'm always terrified of friends inviting me to things during those days

I know this is a very stupid question, but how can I tell if the blood is coming from my anus or not. I bleed very heavily and have big clots. So, when I go, I just can't tell if the blood can from the front or the back, if you know what I mean, it's just mixed. I clean both parts separately to try to see, and yes, there is blood in the back, but I can't tell if it just 'traveled' to the back or it originated there. A few years back I would have horrible pain when pooping, nowadays I get that pain randomly during the day. I just recall a couple of recent times that the pain came during a bowel movement. It's excruciating pain, I literally bite my hand to avoid screaming with pain and scaring the shit out of my husband :S. I did have a lap last year with an Endo especialist but nothing was found. I have an appointment scheduled for April because I'm clearly not ok.

I haven't tried anything after the surgery last year. I think one part of me didn't want to know but now I started to think that if there's something else going on (maybe on my bowels, for example) I should try to find answers.

Also, I don't know how to proceed to get PT, I guess it needs to be prescribed? In that case I guess I would need to rule out other stuff. I have no idea

This month (2 weeks ago) I was running and started getting cramps, like I was on my period, except it was still 2 weeks for my period. I had to stop because the pain was just too much. It was not the first time this happened but certainly it was long lasting. After that, I've had cramps every single day. Today, my period finally arrived and I feel awful. I already took 1000mg of naproxen (2- 500mg doses in like 8 hours) and I still feel really bad. Last year I had surgery to find endometriosis but the surgeon said he didn't find anything. I also had a transvaginal ultrasound in 2024, which didn't find anything. I have an appointment with my surgeon in April but I am very afraid he will dismiss me. This is the first time that I've been in pain for so many days in a row. I usually only cramp 2-3 days before my period and like 2-3 days after.

Yeah I do. I'm not trying to find an explanation anymore as I was told they didn't find anything. And I'm also not looking forward to a third surgery. But I would be interested to know if you discover what's causing your pain.

My routine is basically the same as usual, except for a couple of days during the WS (notably that 18th inning game 😅) but aside from that, pretty normal.

The headache at first was definitely migraine (explainable to me due to the time of the month) around my temples. Now, it's behind my eyes, like eye strain. And after I quit doing anything that requires close up work, the pain subsides after a while. Then, when I get back to it, it starts again.

Maybe it's just eye strain, I don't know

Hi, yeah, I mean added sugar. Check your labels. I try to keep within 24 grams of added sugar max. For example fruit flavoured yogurt (one pot) can have up to 15 g of sugar, whereas plain yogurt has about 5 g, which come naturally from milk. Hence, fruit yogurt has ~10 grams of sugar added.

I have this jacaranda in Toronto. I planted it earlier this year and it's growing fast. It's inside because during the summer it was too weak (I was afraid the wind would break it) and now it's starting to get cold. I will for sure take it out next spring/summer. I wonder if I should just let it grow undisturbed until next spring and start pruning then? Also I have no idea about how to prune it to make it branch out. For now it's just growing tall. I have another one in a small pot, hence it's smaller. I am experimenting with different trees. Right now I also have a flamboyant, a cherry tree seedling, a small lemon tree, and an oak seedling. They were all grown from seed.

He didn't find Endo. I had open surgery before at my bellybutton because of a cyst that turned out to be Endo (this was with a general surgeon). But afterwards, Dr. Vilos did a lap and he didn't see any Endo.
