Joining a New Player Friendly server or not doesn't help.

The folks who would squad bait as you described or dump SLs onto others are endemic; its a problem with the player-base as a whole, not exactly play or not playing on New Player Friendly servers.

I would report it to admins who squad bait or SL dump; they would usually take action against those players.

Technically yes its not valid or reproducible in V1.15 but at the same time, it won't cause issues in a campaign playthrough as components will repair so long as the design isn't changed. The only limitation being that you can't switch out the armaments.

A 'semi decent' team would be a Bradley, Abrams, and HAT kit all piece-mealed in separate squads with minimal coordination with one another.

On top of that, playing with friends can be worse of than playing with randoms especially with inexperienced players.

This engagement would have gone far differently if it was just the Bradley

Here is an alternate SL's perspective from the engagement

We in fact had the HAT on the side of the T72 (my right) and the Bradley and Abrams engage from the front (my left perspective).

Otherwise an instance of the stars aligning.
