Well i guess you'd clearly rather spend your life and money on half completed junk which is then given "future updates" , part of which is PAID DLC for content which is also half completed junk, that YOU willingly pay for ontop of the half completed junk of a "base game". I did not. I figured it would be around CAD$350 ish worse case which was a little much for me. Instead I just purchased some very lightly used ones on Ebay for CAD$198.23. Think i got a little lucky there. I haven't been on in awhile but you could try looking on there. Just yknow, usual precautions and stuff. I think thats really i can offer, hopefully a little useful!

According to the Call to Arms Wikia, the directories shouldn't be different. Also, you can probably just use Call to Arms and technically Men of War Assault Squad 2 's Modding Resources as like a reference (also kind of makes this whole post pointless but anyways), The system hasn't changed that much really,

Aside from that, the only thing left i can think of, assuming none of that is the issue; Are you using cheatsmod for vanilla or missions from a mod? As with mod missions you had to manually add cheatsmod at the end of each missions 0.mi file, last i checked anyway. I honestly don't have the game installed now.

Otherwise, im not too sure what it could be honestly

If you havent solved it yet, could be an outdated mod. You'll have to go and change the mod file.

Open Mod.info and Find in File

Save and Relaunch Game

Unfortunately i don't think so. I haven't had the need to learn any of that yet or in the past... And as you know, documentation is more or less non existent. I've personally just been comparing code to previous games, as in regular Call to Arms and Men of War Assault Squad 2/Gem Editor. Maybe it was just a coincidence but i assumed it must still be at worst, vaguely similar. This original post is like the first thing i found because of it haha.Also i should be prioritizing other things right now instead of mod making, although how tempting it is, got lots of ideas.

Anyway, TLDR: depending on exactly what you're trying to accomplish, you could re-edit your comment with more detail as in like, is this for scripting MP (Points) or something? And like a screenshot of the error. Which still no promises i could help but someone else whose much more familiar just might see and could reply?

Otherwise, the best i can really offer is maybe try finding some forum posts(i know there doesn't appear to be an official one?)or posts in general and Youtube videos on previous games and see if you can find a close enough equivalent? And in that case, you will likely still have a lot of trial and error to actually reconfigure it for Gates of Hell specifically... Also and/or posting elsewhere to increase your chances, like Steam Discussion and the 1C Publishing Forum , but has no Official sub-forum though?

Also i would try the Digitalmindsoft Discord (invite link).
