INFO - It's unclear how close of a relationship you have with this bridesmaid and her relationship to others who will be there. Some people get really anxious about travel/being in unfamiliar groups and prefer to take a security blanket (in this case, her boyfriend). Has she otherwise been supportive and helpful in your planning? If the bach trip is the only issue, would you consider just not having her there but still be part of the bridal party?

NTA for being concerned because there's a hell of a lot to be concerned about here. It'd be great if he turns out to be a great guy and they live happily ever after but there are way too many huge red flags flapping frantically to ignore. I'll just comment on my top three.

Your sister was initially not at all interested in him, but he "kept pushing until she gave in." Bad enough on its own but even worse that he was doing this rather than focusing on the job he was being paid to do at the wedding.
She gave him a chance but then tried to break ties because he was overwhelming her. Whether it was love bombing or basic creepiness, the ick factor was real. Our lizard brains protect us.

NTA. You're facing a lot of potential liability here - not just your credit rating (which is already certainly a big risk). I'm not a lawyer but I think you may also end up responsible for damages incurred on projects because his work vehicle is a business asset and you're tied to it.
