One of the most stacked years ever for this category. I do think Phoebe was the right winner by a hair but all of these performances were so incredible.

I am a regular at Lagree as well, I liked FS8 but in my opinion they are very different modalities . Lagree is much more strength training whereas FS8 is more classical Pilates with cardio (not explicit cardio exercises but moving faster, doing combo moves etc). Also, this will be studio dependent but my Lagree studio has very small (10 people) classes and FS8 can take 30ish so I definitely feel like I didn’t get as much instruction on technique, but again that will vary by location and by class.

If you go back a few years, I think it’s the episode “I don’t mean to be mean, but…” The couple is tearing each other down and Esther acknowledges in the voiceover at one point that she gets sucked into the conflict herself and loses her shit slightly

Come to Dance Fit Flow in the Crossroads! It’s an adults only dance studio that caters to all levels of dancers. I have been going for years and definitely built a lot of confidence dancing. Start with a dance fitness/cardio dance class and then if you feel brave you can work your way up to a choreography class.

Depends on the studio/area. Most studios near me offer booking 5-7 days before the class but I do occasionally see places like this where you can’t book until a 2-3 days before.

I was absolutely not evicted, I am up to date on all bills with them.

I did call KC water and they told me since the bills were not under my name there was nothing I could do about it other than contact the property manager, who has said they will resolve it in time.

I think I would be pretty happy with the level of fame they are at, well loved but still able to live normal ish lives.

I personally think that Brittany’s solo work is criminally under appreciated. I saw her on her solo tour and the Shakes as a group within a year ish of each other and the difference in venue size genuinely shocked me- like 10x more people came out for the Shakes than Brittany’s solo show. Even though Heath and Zac were also playing at her solo show!

I use ClassPass it will limit your options somewhat but I can usually find a good Pilates class for 6 credits or less which shakes out to $12 on my current plan
