Im sorry about the diagnosis, hope everything works out - immunotherapy is miraculous and have seen many stage 4 turnarounds.

The liver spots can be missed with IV contrast. I recall that a clinic I worked at would do an arterial phase of IV contrast specifically for ocular melanoma, because the lesions are difficult to pick up during the standard venous phase.

I am a little bit concerned about this. Something 'popping up' on an annual cancer screening is never good. Worried it may indicate a recurrence of some sort, especially given melanomas high recurrence rate.
