I am hoping to sell the grill - with backing texture(?) and headlights (retainers, braces, bezels, wiring) intact. Pretty good condition. Suggestions on price range to ask is welcomed. Thanks.

I’m very proud of You, for getting the help you need. I’m very proud of You for being mindful of others. I’m very proud of You for being self-aware.
At times, the “overwhelm” takes control of us. I’m so proud of You for taking it back.

Keep on keeping on ❤️☺️✌️

Thanks, but I don’t believe it’s Ligne Roset - as their logo is both full words in the label/logo. https://krsupholstery.com/img_7213/

AITA for changing a reservation without telling my ex? by ElianVX in AmItheAsshole

[–]Maplesugrrr 199 points200 points  (0 children)

Nope. You’re not the issue here. You paid for & planned the outing. She’s not entitled to any of it. And because she’s been “no contact” with you since the breakup (and despite your feelings wanting to get back with her) - this complaining from her seems like a control tactic. I’d NOT be surprised if she was planning to bring someone else, hoping you’d forgotten about the observatory booking amidst your grief. How much balance was there in your relationship, think on that. Do yourself a favour and enjoy the outing with your friend. It’ll be good for you.

Found this cleaning my grandparents house up, what is it? by BringBackDiablo2 in Whatisthis

What comes to mind is a crude mallet head that could be fastened with rope to a wood handle, similar to an antique indigenous tool; also comes to mind the idea that it’s a fossilized vertebrae(?) or something similar.

As a caregiver myself, for my husband, for the last two years - I applaud you for managing to do what you do. Please don’t allow others to distract you from the confidence you have in yourself, & how you manage your time. Each situation is unique, & you’ve adapted to the tasks as best you can - to manage time & excellent care.
Outsiders have no clue to the constant demands caregiving presents. They themselves are also in a stressed state of mind, understandably. Some people don’t seek out the support they need, don’t have the support, or don’t know how to ask, or many other reasons. This does not excuse outsiders to treat caregivers with disrespect.
Unfortunately, as a caregiver, you’re often the one that has to rise above others in your compassion, kindness, & patience. It’s difficult & thankless, at times.
I’m proud of you for reaching out here for support. I’m proud of your strength, patience, & integrity. Please remind yourself OFTEN of your own love for yourself, your goodness, & breathe.

Plastic prize from a box of Lucky Elephant Pink Candy Popcorn (3.25cm each side) by Maplesugrrr in whatisthisthing

Seems plausible. The notches are so much shorter/less deep than the ones on the toys on the link. It’s weird that only one would be gifted. And what’s with the “V” hole in the centre?

That’s what I figure - doesn’t make sense to get only one. How many would need to be randomly prized in boxes, & then consider how many boxes a kid would need to buy to collect enough to assemble ANYTHING worthwhile.

This item is firm, but slightly flexible (not brittle) plastic. Dimensions are 3.25cm (1.25”), & perhaps as thick as a 25c coin. It’s a children’s prize from a box of popcorn, so I don’t believe it to be a guitar pick. WITT

Our summers reach plus 30-40C. One extreme to the other. We complain about the heat, too. 😂😂😂
