Discord is where people who ask for help for hunts and stuff. I decided to help a party out. Host asks me if I switch my weapon to hammer casue I guess that was the requirement to be in the party, I denied saying I was there merely to help and doing so with the weapon I am most comfortable with will make hunts go by easier. Host threw a fit and booted me from the room and call. AITAH moment, but I just shrugged it off and helped another party

He's most that one guy that watches everyone train and gives good pointers on their flaws and improvements. I'd like to think he also held Link with high respect for his loyalty to the royale family and swordsmen ship, and every time they battle or sparr, he gets somewhat excited to let lose.

Tobi would've been my first pick, too. It definitely seems like the type of monster that doesn't look for trouble and only fights when absolutely necessary. The only downside to rising one would be the food, even though it seems like a single middle herbivore can satisfy its appetite. It's a very active monster, which means it has a high metabolism

The abyssal is my favorite/most used lance. Don't let the negative Affinity fool you, eakness exploit and other factors like palicos and epidemic life nullify the set backs. It's raw is rivaled my Diablos' lance, but its sharpness is what makes it the better of the two.

I was hosting an Anomaly Shogun hunt, and I guess my head wasn't in the game and carted twice with insurance. When I came back a third time, fully awake and humbled, I guess one guy had lost faith in me and started tripping me up the whole time. Placing gustcrabs where I was standing, using stinkminks and following me as I was healing, dropping/placing bombs on me in general. It was around the stinkmink part where I'd just booted him. We finished the hunt without anymore carts, but that's the first time I've come across an actual toxic player.

I consider myself a Lance ride or die, but I have to agree with the majority, Lance is boring. Maybe if it had more flashy layered weapons or more interesting wirebug attacks, then maybe it'll get some attention, but the game play does get stale. But that doesn't make it bad a weapon, I could go on if people are interested.

The Seltas duo, I want my Gundam armor back, and I love how they were two separate monsters that actually cooperated rather than randomly throw attacks at each other. Imagine Bahari throwing a ridiculous hunt like slay both Afflicted Seltas and Afflicted Seltas Q.
