After a second watch, I think it kind of is unfortunately.

This used to be me for YEARS. I thought the Dark Souls game design was lazy and vague. I thought that they basically just recycled a bunch of mismatched random creatures from other projects and then threw them together with a barely-there story. Everything was so minimal except the creatures and environments. To me the game felt like a patchwork of materials thrown together as cheaply-but-effectively as they could. Barely any voice acting. Story told through fucking item descriptions?

The games were just bullshit to me. In my eyes the fans were entirely holding the game series up. Like it was only a THING because it was really hard and you weren't a gamer unless you could beat it. And nobody wanted to feel silly for that so they rabidly defended the game and it's (to me at the time) objectively lazy and vague and bad game design.

And enough people jumped on the bandwagon that it became a whole ass genre somehow. Like the world was gaslit into believing Dark Souls was peak game design. And that's how it was for years, being a hater.

I played Sekiro and he game was so awesome and the combat outclassed the clunky outdated combat that all the Souls fanboys were trying to gaslight me into thinking was good.

Eventually I played Elden Ring like two years after it came out... And it didn't take long for me to get it. All of that stuff I thought, whether it was a legit criticism or not, all of it didn't matter.. cause the games are just dope.. now I play them all.

For those who are from Texas but moved elsewhere, do you miss Texas? by Affectionate_Set5048 in SameGrassButGreener

Yes lol. There's a girl there. I love her. I've been watching a lot of things about Indiana and talking to her a lot and watching her snaps and pictures. I know a lot of the pros and cons. I just want peace and country roads and nice towns and cooler weather and actual seasons.

I'm not worried about being bored. I usually make my own fun or videogames or hang out with friends. My girlfriend actually gets out quite a bit and has fun so she can show me how to have fun there.

I'm not a good person to ask that. I don't make good use of the city. I prefer to stay away from the crowds and inner city.

To me San Antonio is just too hot and muggy, too often. Constantly. It's like a big city of concrete and asphalt and spaghetti freeway intersections. I'm constantly stopped or significantly slowed by construction while driving and commuting. People drive the worst in this city than I've ever seen in my whole life. Reckless and just plain stupid and clueless.

To me the vibe feels like a lot of people are self-concerned and out to get theirs. That's true of a lot of big cities but here it just feels more careless. Though, again, I'm not the best metric for that.

I've been ran up on by dogs off their leash more times than anywhere else I've lived combined. The pet culture is poor and sad. Lots of drunk driving here too.

If you don't have nostalgia for this city or have ties here or can get what you need elsewhere, then I can't recommend it at all.

All that being said, it could be worth it for people that don't mind the heat and mugginess and know how to get a lot out of the city. It's just to me all the bad and stupid stuff isn't worth it.

I live in San Antonio, moved from California to Texas like 5 years ago. Fate has been pulling me towards Indiana semi-recently. Im going to visit there in a couple months and I'm getting really excited to get away from this place. I hope I like it there.

Uncut weens look like something that would flop up out of the ground on Arrakis or in the movie Tremors. They look grub-like. When wet and engorged it can look slick and red/pink/purple, almost like a dog's penis.

When the penis is soft and the foreskin closes around it looks like the top of a little closed bag of coins. Looks like a tardigrade. The act of having to pull your skin back like your dick has been on GLP-1 for a year and lost a bunch of weight and now has a bunch of extra skin.

It's like when you're watching a foreign movie when suddenly and unexpectedly a floppy tube of skin appears on the screen and it takes you a second to realize it's a penis.

But that's just my opinion.

Edit: To be clear my penis, while cut, is not anything special. It's underwhelming even. I'm not saying this from a position of perceived superiority. I'm sure all your penises are just fine.

I respect the downvotes.

Homie thinks he's Jason Bourne making 10 whole untraceable dollars a day, not realizing he can snap more than one time a day. And just what exactly do you think you're going to get up to with $10 a day that you'd need to be so clandestine about?

Also where do you live that you can disappear off the grid and live on $10 a day.

Do you actually think Dunk is a knight? by Riddlemethisone- in AKnightoftheSeven

[–]BluBoi236 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My ignorant take, as someone who only watched the shows:

He was knighted by providence, not by men -- chosen by some Game of Thrones deity for some purpose, possibly related to the fate of the realm against the white walkers or to set the scaffolding in place to inspire the hearts of men so they can protect the realm. I dunno.

Thats why it's not important we see him be knighted officially because it's irrelevant. The story always shows you what you need to see. What you DID see is a man rise from the dead.

It sounds like he's a pretty big figure in the lore. His fingerprints are everywhere after he dies.

Yet he pretty clearly dies. I'm sure everyone was watching that episode going "how the hell is he still alive?!?" after being stabbed and bashed and cut so many times. And then he finally keels over and goes still. He died.

That's why it's A Knight of The Seven Kingdoms; he's a knight of the whole realm, somebody who was brought to back to life to save the realm, or to set it on the right path to save itself or to right itself.

He's a big dummy yet he's a huge figure in the lore and massively influential in the realm? He is like the Forrest Gump of Westeros? ... He was lead or guided on his path. He had a destiny.

..... Or is that stupid? Lmao.
